No Win, No Fee
Panel Lawyers recommended by Cycling Injury Legal have agreed to a maximum success fee of 25% of any financial settlement or Court award paid to the Claimant in respect of their injuries or losses subject to the following conditions:

The Claimant is funding their claim with a 'Conditional Fee Agreement'
The success fee cap does not include any insurance policy premiums including After the Event Insurance (ATE)
