Brake is a UK-based road safety charity that was established in 1995. The charity's mission is to prevent road death and injury, and to support those who have been affected by road accidents.

The charity's services include a helpline for anyone affected by a road crash, and resources to help families cope with the aftermath of a crash.

*No Win, No Fee: With No Win, No Fee, you won't pay anything to anyone if your cycling injury claim is unsuccessful. If you do win, your solicitor's success fee is capped at 25%* of your settlement, so you keep as much of your compensation as possible.
